Our journey began many years ago when we decided to take control of our own health. Due to multiple sensitivities to typical manufactured products, we researched herbs, probiotic-rich foods (old-fashioned food-preservation), old-world style bread baking, enzyme-rich cheeses, and a skin care line that incorporates aromatherapy and unadulterated ingredients that nourish and soothe.
